What do I need to do?
- Please visit
this page. It will
ask you to enter your US Refund case number. After that, we will
display some basic information from your case. Please
confirm this is correct. If so, please click the button
below that says "Paypal: Click Here To Pay". You will then
be transferred to Paypal's secure site to pay your bill.
They will ask you for your credit card information and you will be
able to pay your bill there.
What is Paypal?
Is it really secure?
- Yes. The only information we send to Paypal is your
case number and amount due. Please

information regarding Paypal's security policies.
Is there an additional fee?
- Absolutely not. The amount due is exactly what was
agreed upon in your original contract.
How can I prove I paid my bill online?
- After you have paid, you will receive a confirmation number
from Paypal. Please write this down. Also, Paypal will
send you a confirmation e-mail. If there are ever any
doubts, you can simply forward this e-mail to us.
Do I have to sign up for anything?
- No. You do not need to sign up for a Paypal account,
all they do is facilitate the transfer.
Can I still pay by check?
- Yes, you can still pay by check. To do so, please send
us a check payable to "U.S. Refund Consulting" and mail it to our
Denver address. .US Refund accepts debit and credit, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal online. By phone US Refund accepts debit and credit Visa and Master Card at 1 877 733 8636 and personal checks by phone.
