Ten Reasons this is REALLY TRUE

We send thousands of letters each year to people who are eligible to collect THEIR MONEY from government agencies, and have been since 1997. 

Now, if we were in fact not telling the truth, certainly some agency would have shut us down by now... 14 years is a long time, right?

So below, we will list just some of the many things we WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO if this were not the TRUTH:

(1) You will notice here that we have been a registered Limited Liability Company in the state of Colorado since 2000 (we actually started as a sole proprietorship in 1997, then incorporated in 2000).  Certainly the state of Colorado would have received numerous complaints in 11 years... but yet we have no record of complaints.

(2) At this site also, you can see that we have a perfect A+ rating with the Denver Better Business Bureau.  This is something we are very proud to have received.  It is BBB's job to determine which businesses are legitimate.  BBB has no problem with us.

(3) We have mailed over 100,000 letters to Americans.  Certainly an illegitimate company would have been shut down by the US Postal Service, right?

(4) Also, in your letter you likely received a return address with a Business Reply Permit number.  In order for us to get this permit, we went through an extensive application process with the US Postal Service.  Again, we would not have been allowed to receive this permit if there were complaints about our operations.

(5 thru 10) We also have a toll-free phone number, several bank accounts, and a Merchant Credit Card processing account.  Any of these service providers would have "disconnected" us if there were any allegations against us.  We are a registered "Finder" in 7 states (some states have registration processes and some do not).  In addition, every state in which we mail letters to (all 50 states, by the way) would have an opportunity to receive complaints from their residents... yet no complaints exist.  Finally, you've read the TESTIMONIALS page... these are just a sampling of the many calls and emails we have received over the years.
